ADU'S, REMODELS & ADDITIONS
ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units) are an excellent way to add usable space to your property which can be used as an extra office, living space, or as a rental. I work with a number of pre-fabricated ADU suppliers and can visit your site to evaluate the size requirements and optimal size ADU for your site. If you fill out my project questionnaire, we can begin our unique step-by-step process that will guide us to a solution that will ensure we achieve the design you need!
KITCHENS & BATHROOMS
Kitchens and Bathrooms can definitely be designed to impress your guests or be made to just feel more functional and inviting. We work with local contractors in Santa Clara, Marin, Sonoma and LA county to meet your project design goals, stay within budget, and make your vision come true. Our designs are always tailored to your needs and your input will be crucial to achieving the "look and feel" you desire.

KITCHEN & BATHROOM RENOVATIONS
If you send me one photo of the space you have, one inspirational photo of what you want it to look like, and fill out my project questionnaire with a description of the space, I will create a conceptual rendering of the space you want using your words to describe it. From there, we can discuss what direction would be appropriate for your project and can provide a range of services from design to permits!
CONTRACTOR COLLABORATION
We work with teams of local contractors and consultants serving Marin, Sonoma, Santa Clara and LA, who can help with pricing estimates and construction scheduling. We will coordinate your project needs from conception through completion following our proven step-by-step process with specific milestones we have established, so you are always in control of the direction of the project. CUSTOM DESIGN
We are putting our skills to the test and are asking for one inspirational photo for your project (but you can send up to 5) and we will do a conceptual rendering based on the photos, so we can start the conversation. If it seems like a good fit, we can provide the full range of architectural services from site planning, design, construction documentation and contractor vetting, to bidding coordination, and permits! We also work with teams of hand-selected local contractors that we have previously used, so we know your project will always be in good hands.
