REMOTE DESIGN
We can work with remote customers (offered in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Florida), based on the availability of "As-Built" drawings provided by a 3rd-party supplier. For vacant lots, we can work on conceptual designs with a topo and a survey. If you like the conceptual design, we can walk you through our full suite of architectural services to see what works for you. These may include: site planning, civil and landscape coordination, construction documentation, permits, contractor selection, and bidding.
